Administrative Policies
All QAS self-study courses offering CPE require successful completion of engagement and review questions and passing of qualified assessment exams with a score of at least 70% to receive CPE credit.

Record Retention Policy:
The following documentation will be retained electronically for a minimum of five years:
• Records of participation
• Dates of registration and course completion
• Author, developer and course reviewer names and credentials
• CPE credit determination records (method 2 - word count formula)
• Program descriptive materials
• Results of qualified assessment examinations
• Number of CPE credits earned by participants
• Results of program evaluations
Course Update Policy:
All WealthAbility® CPE courses contain the most recent publication, revision or review date noted in the course description section of the course player. All WealthAbility® CPE courses are reviewed by a subject matter expert at least once a year.
Cancellation Policy:
WealthAbility® CPE monthly or annual subscription are automatically renewed at the end of the subscription term unless cancelled during the subscription period. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by completing the steps below:

Step #3: Click on Cancel Subscription
Step #4 Click on Confim

Refunds for WealthAbility® CPE courses are available within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your experience, for any reason, you may request a full refund with 30 days of purchase. Please contact customer support at cpe@wealthability.com
